At Luxury Circle, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy:
📦 If You Simply Changed Your Mind
We accept returns for personal preference reasons (e.g. not satisfied, changed mind), under the following conditions:
• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility
• Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
💡 We do not charge any restocking fees.
🛠️ If There’s a Product Issue (Quality or Damage)
We stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If your watch arrives damaged, malfunctioning, or you received the wrong model, we will:
• Offer a full replacement or repair, free of charge
• Cover return and re-shipping costs if needed
• Require notification within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
⛔ Non-Returnable Situations
• Products returned after 7 days (unless defective)
• Watches with visible wear, scratches, or usage signs
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
💳 Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original method (where possible)
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
